How to Join

Here's what the application process looks like, step by step.

1. Create an account

A person signs up through the registration page using email or a supported social sign-in. New users may need to verify their email before continuing.

2. Submit an application

They complete the program application with their profile, company, region, path, and requested program details. The application is saved with a status such as Submitted.

3. Track status

After signing in, they open Track Status to see the latest application, its status and review progress, submitted details, and any missing requirements or reviewer notes. If there is no application on file, the page offers a way to start one.

4. After review

The team may review the application, request more information, approve it, or deny it. Approved applicants follow the next steps shown on the status page; once converted into a member, they can access the member hub.

⚠️ Please register with your company email address. Do not use your personal Gmail for access. Your access will be declined.

Applications and Badge Requests are processed once weekly. Please expect a 5-7 day turn around time.

Courses & Certifications Eligible from January 1, 2024

Only Boomi courses and certifications completed on or after January 1, 2024 count toward Ambassador points. Earlier completions are not eligible. Please recertify any expired courses and certificates for program acceptance.
